Where can I visit Onesto Home?

We are currently an ecommerce company and sell all our products through the website.

However, if you wish to view certain products physically, you can book an appointment with us 24 hours prior to your visit via phone call or email.

Do you display all the website items at the Onesto Home Store?

All items on the website are not displayed at the Store.

The store is an experience center meant to help you check the range and quality of our offerings in person.

The Store is mainly for display and works like a gallery. You can browse the items shown, ask our experienced product experts for advice and questions related to the products.

If you wish to view certain products physically, you can book an appointment with us 24 hours prior to your visit via email.

What are the benefits to registering with Onesto Home?

You can track all your orders by logging in to My Account with user email id and password.

Please Note: For promotions, offer end date will be mentioned on the website.

You can save items you are interested in using the Wish list feature.

We promise not to spam you with unrelated or unnecessary information.

How do I register on Onesto Home?

Click on the ‘Register’ link on the top right-hand side of any page on Onesto Home. The link will open a window where you need to fill in your basic details, choose a password for your account, and click on the ‘Register’ button to complete your registration!

How do I change my account password?

To change your password, login and choose Password Change options under Account details.

Here you can change your password by entering your current password and the new password.

My password is not working? I have forgotten my password. How do I login to my account?

If you are not able to login using your password, try resetting your password by clicking Forgot password link.

Not able to find the Onesto Home newsletter or emails in my inbox?

Sometimes, our newsletter may go in the junk or spam box of your email.

If you find the newsletters from Onesto Home in junk/spam box, please mark them as ‘not spam’ and add the sender to your contact.

If you are using Gmail, our emails may also be under the Promotions or Updates tab. In such a case, just drag the email to the Primary tab.

How do I unsubscribe from the Onesto Home newsletters and promotions?

If you no longer wish to receive our emails, we’ll be sad to see you go, but you can easily unsubscribe:

  • Open an email (Newsletter/Promotional offers)
  • You’ll find an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it

How do I track the progress of an order?

You can track the status of your order from you Onesto Home registered account.

What are my payment options?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including:

  • Vısa
  • MasterCard
  • Cash payment is only available at Onesto Home Studio. No Cash on delivery.

Are your prices inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)?

Yes, the amount you see at checkout is inclusive of VAT, which means you won’t have to pay anything additional.

Are the prices on the website different from the prices in Onesto Home Store?

Our online prices are same as our in-store prices. However, we do occasionally run exclusive online promotions that may result in price differences.

How can I place a Bulk Order/Trade Inquiry through Onesto Home?

For all Bulk Orders, Trade Inquiries for your workplace, hotel, restaurant or Business we will assign a dedicated Account Manager who will be in-charge of your account as a single point of contact. Please email us at info@onestohome.com

Do you customize furniture?

We do not customize furniture.

All our products are designed with exceptional quality, from the base up keeping fit to various styles, needs and requirements.

We believe that you shouldn’t have to wait for great furniture to be delivered to your home.

We have our products in stock, ready to be shipped out right away!

How do I know if an item can be delivered to my location?

Delivery is free on orders above AED 1000.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to some remote / non-service areas (please see Shipping & Delivery for more details).

What does it mean when an item is out of stock?

While our team does its best to ensure that the products are always available, there could still be a possibility that the product runs Out Of Stock.

Do not worry, we would always have something else to offer that suits your exquisite taste.

Will I be charged for delivery?

Delivery is free on orders above AED 1000.

If your total order value is less than the minimum order value, you will be charged a delivery fee.

Our delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?

We’ll deliver your furniture to your home or office in Dubai 4-6 days and 6-8days to all other Emirates.

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule the delivery time and date.

Can I book a preferred delivery time?

Delivery of products usually occurs between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday.

If you’re not available, we will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.

Do you deliver to countries outside the UAE?

We only deliver to addresses within the UAE.

However we can assist in the delivery of goods to some countries within the GCC.

I am buying this product as a gift. Can it be gift-wrapped? Can Onesto Home send the order without an invoice?

Sorry. Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any product without an invoice.

Can I collect the product? What is click and collect?

Yes. Products can be directly collected from our Al Quoz, Dubai store.
