Refund, Return and Exchange

All returns must be notified to us by email only at You have two (2) days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange the products in its original condition (original packaging and labels, not assembled / installed, used or altered) with proof of purchase.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. All online payment transaction fees, credit/debit card, tabby pay transaction fees will be deducted from your refund (4% of total order).

Onesto Home delivery team will collect return good(s) from your location within 7days and there will be return shipping cost as per weight and volume of each product.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All online payment transaction fees or credit card transaction fees (4% of total order) will be deducted from your refund.

Its the customer responsibility to maintain all the original packing materials. All good(s) must be returned in their original packaging. If this does not happen, order isn’t eligible for return.

Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.

All assembled items/out of packing items are not eligible for return which have been signed by the customer.

Products cannot be returned if damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear.

Products cannot be returned citing a difference in size expectations. It is the customers responsibility to verify the size/dimensions before proceeding with the purchase..

Products cannot be returned if they have been assembled / installed, used or altered.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

All orders cancelled before delivery or returned after delivery shall be subject to a re-stocking fee of 5% of the total order amount.

Please note that if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt.
