At Onesto Home, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully:
Return, Refund & Exchange Conditions
- All return or exchange requests must be made via email only at info@onestohome.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition, including:
- Original packaging and labels
- Not assembled, installed, used, or altered
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns, Refund or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been assembled, installed, used, or altered
- Items are not in their original packaging
- There are signs of misuse, damage, or wear and tear
- The return is due to size discrepancies (it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm dimensions before purchasing)
- The product has been signed off and delivered in assembled/out-of-packaging condition
Shipping & Fees
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping will be arranged by the Onesto Home delivery team within 7 days. Return shipping cost will vary based on the weight and volume of the product
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- Orders cancelled before delivery or returned after delivery will incur a 10% restocking fee

- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only
- No refund can be processed without proof of purchase
