At Onesto Home, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully:

Return, Refund & Exchange Conditions

  • All return or exchange requests must be made via email only at info@onestohome.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, including:
    • Original packaging and labels
    • Not assembled, installed, used, or altered
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns, Refund or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been assembled, installed, used, or altered
  • Items are not in their original packaging
  • There are signs of misuse, damage, or wear and tear
  • The return is due to size discrepancies (it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm dimensions before purchasing)
  • The product has been signed off and delivered in assembled/out-of-packaging condition

Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping will be arranged by the Onesto Home delivery team within 7 days. Return shipping cost will vary based on the weight and volume of the product
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Orders cancelled before delivery or returned after delivery will incur a 10% restocking fee

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only
  • No refund can be processed without proof of purchase
