Onesto Home provides free delivery across all cities in the UAE on all orders above AED 1000. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to some remote / non-service areas (please see below list of service areas we do not deliver).

Non-service areas: Al Khaznah, Umm hafaf, Al Marfa, Madinat Zayed, Al Ruwais, Beda Zayed, Ghayathi, Habshan, Liwa, Tarif and Al Sillah, Al Aqaa, Al Geer, Al Mirfa, Al Buraimi, Al Wagan, Al Qoaa, and others that may be considered out of service areas.

Delivery is free on orders above AED 1000. If your total order value is less than AED 1000 you will be changed a delivery fee of AED 45 (Dubai) or AED 75 (Other Emirates). Our delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

We’ll deliver your furniture to your home or office in Dubai 4-6 days and 6-8days to all other Emirates. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you.

Delivery of products usually occurs between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday. If you’re not available, we will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.

If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the delivery team has arrived your home, the order will be put on hold and you will be charged AED 75 for every additional attempt.

We only deliver to addresses within the UAE

Collection by Customer

You may Click and collect from our warehouse store in Al Quoz, Dubai. For details on exact location, click here. Your order will be available to collect within two (2) days. We’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

Assembly and Installation
Assembly of all products is free of charge.

Conditions to all deliveries

  • Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each for each flight)
  • Above 2 flight of stairs (via staircase) products cannot be delivered to your homes and you must arrange your own team to carry the items
  • You or a member of your household will need to be present to accept delivery
  • Before you buy, we recommend that you check that your chosen furniture will fit through hallways and doorways into your home, and into the desired room.
  • If your furniture is to be taken upstairs, measure the clearance height, especially if your staircase curves.
  • If your home has a lift, measure the height and width of the doorway as well as the lift.
  • After delivery, keep your furniture’s packaging and quality control label. The label will be needed for reference if you need to get in touch with us about your furniture.
  • We will need to sign for the products and confirm that they are in good order and condition at the time of delivery. This person will also need to sign to confirm that no property damage has occurred during the deliver.
  • Some product(s) you purchase need to be fixed or mounted on the wall (provided that installation expressly excludes electrical connections & installations). To permit any such installation you will give your full consent to the drilling or fixing of nails / screws in the walls which is necessary for support. Please note that, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable in case of any damages are incurred on your property during the installation process by our delivery service team.
  • Our delivery team will not dismantle or shift or haul away your old furniture.
  • In situations where it is necessary, we may require the delivery team to take photos/video of your Products (including its contents, connected Products, accessories and surroundings) for service, claim, and/or quality assurance purposes.

Cancellation of Delivery
Onesto Home has the right to cancel an order If you do not accept delivery within 14 days or are not reachable, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and a refund will be issued.
